Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bd19, and must not be an immediate family member of any such person

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order currently active on your account

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your bd19 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by any other person who accessed your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

bd19 will issue a single account to each verified user. If bd19 discovers that multiple accounts have been opened under the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method, all such accounts may be suspended pending investigation. bd19 may retain any funds in duplicate accounts pending resolution of the investigation.

2Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bd19 platform — whether deposits or withdrawals — are subject to the rules set out in this section. bd19 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All amounts displayed on the platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bd19 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly and carry no additional charges on bd19's side
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bd19 does not accept third-party deposits
• bd19 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bd19's control
• bd19 reserves the right to request proof of deposit source (e.g. a screenshot of the bKash transaction) before crediting contested deposit amounts to your account

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bd19 may request a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of mobile number ownership, and a selfie for identity verification before processing a first withdrawal
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal
• bd19 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours in most cases. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required

3Bonuses and Promotions

bd19 offers promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless the specific terms of an individual promotion state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player is ineligible for a bonus if they have been found to have engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting using bd19 promotions, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers rather than for genuine recreational play
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any part of the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in that bonus's specific terms
• Only bets placed on eligible games count towards rollover completion. Games excluded from rollover contribution will be stated in the bonus terms. Live sports betting markets typically contribute 100% of stake; most slot games contribute 100%; live casino tables may contribute at a reduced rate
• Bonuses expire if the rollover is not completed within the time period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds will be removed from the account balance
• bd19 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any rollover already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured
• A maximum bet limit applies when a bonus is active on your account. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited

bd19 does not offer cashback on losses incurred during bonus play unless a specific cashback promotion is explicitly advertised and its terms clearly state otherwise. General cashback offers unrelated to a specific promotion are not available as a standard account feature.

4Responsible Gaming

bd19 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for most users, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. 5Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd19 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance held, and may result in a report being made to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one bd19 account simultaneously, or assisting another person to do so
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of games or exploit promotional structures
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that derive from criminal activity or that are intended to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained money (money laundering)
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided
• Providing false identity information, misrepresenting your age, or submitting forged or altered documents during KYC verification

6Account Suspension and Termination

bd19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where bd19 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Account suspension does not affect your right to withdraw eligible funds unless the suspension is the result of confirmed fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

You may close your own bd19 account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to close your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and the resulting balance (if any) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is complete.

• Accounts may be suspended for investigation without notice where bd19 has identified patterns consistent with fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited
• Where an account is closed due to self-exclusion requested by the account holder, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances, including by a future request from the same user
• Dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account fee schedule. bd19 will notify you by your registered contact method before applying any inactivity fee

7Intellectual Property

All content on the bd19 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bd19 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the bd19 platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of bd19.

The game content available through the bd19 platform is provided under licence from third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Spribe, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of their respective developers and licensors. bd19 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8Limitation of Liability

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10Governing Law and Disputes
